Role Purpose
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the daily operations of our warehouse. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely order processing, efficient stock handling, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. With a hands-on approach and a focus on accuracy, the Warehouse Assistant supports both inbound and outbound logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities

Accurately prepare and document shop and sales orders for timely processing.

Support stocktaking activities, including for new shipments, random spot checks, and resolving stock discrepancies.

Assist with receiving inbound shipments (PO-based), inspecting materials, reporting any issues, and ensuring proper storage.

Help optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.

Maintain organized and clearly labeled shelf arrangements for easy stock access.

Uphold high housekeeping standards to ensure the warehouse remains clean and well maintained.

Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Requirement

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role is a plus.

Basic understanding of stock management and order processing.

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
