About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day to day operational performance of the business. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving process improvements, supporting team performance, and maintaining high service standards across all operational activities. The Operations Manager plays a key role in coordinating people, processes, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth business operations while supporting strategic business goals. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
•Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
•Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and workflows.
•Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Ensure all operational activities are delivered in line with company standards and objectives.
Team Leadership & Coordination
•Lead, support, and develop operational team members.
•Coordinate staffing requirements, scheduling, and workload management.
•Foster a positive, high performance, and accountable team culture.
•Support cross functional collaboration between departments.
Planning & Execution
•Manage operational planning, logistics, and resource allocation.
•Ensure projects, events, or operational deliverables are completed within timelines and budgets.
•Conduct operational reviews and proactively resolve challenges.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
•Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
•Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Ensure operational compliance with company standards, policies, and safety requirements.
Reporting & Performance Management
•Track and report on operational KPIs and business performance.
•Analyze operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities.
•Prepare operational reports and recommendations for leadership.
•Support budgeting and cost control initiatives where required.
Requirements
•Proven experience in operations management, business operations, or a similar leadership role.
•Strong organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Strong attention to detail and operational planning abilities.
•Ability to lead teams and drive accountability.
•Proficiency in operational systems and reporting tools.
•UAE valid manual drivers license.
•UAE experience preferred.
